Pre workout meal for women
Women are hungry for a pre workout meal.
According to a recent survey from nutrition research firm Kellogg-Cookbooks, women want to consume a pre-workout meal in order to get enough energy and fuel before their workout.
Kellogg has partnered with The Body Shop, which sells a preworkout snack that contains protein, carbohydrates, and fat in a mix of peanut butter and cinnamon.
The BodyShop also sells the protein-packed chocolate chip cookie, which has a similar taste and texture to a prepackaged pre-meal.
But, for women who want to stay in shape after a long day at the office, the preworkouts offer a simple, easy-to-prepare meal that doesn’t require the kitchen.
Women are also hungry for more protein in the form of protein bars, which are more popular than the protein powders on the market.
Kellog-Cookbook has partnered up with The Protein Bar to offer the Pre-Workout Protein Mix, a breakfast mix that contains a mix that includes three pre-worked meal options.
The pre- workout meal includes two whole-grain cereals, a banana, a salad, and a premade protein shake.
The mix also includes a mixture of protein powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, and almonds.
In addition to providing a convenient way to get protein during the day, preworkup meals are a great way to add variety to your meal plan.
In an interview with Bloomberg Businessweek, Kellogg CEO Jim Schmitt explained that women want something that is quick and easy to prepare and will provide protein in a way that will satisfy their appetite and allow them to keep a high-protein intake throughout the day.
“We’ve been seeing a lot of women in the last couple years, particularly after they’ve been through the holidays, wanting a way to take their protein intake and incorporate a little more protein into their meals,” Schmitt said.
“They want something quick and not so time consuming.
So we’ve been thinking about that.
It’s a mix.”
Kellogg’s Pre-workup Protein Mix is available at The Bodyshop and other locations.
Women are also more likely to eat protein during their workouts.
The bodybuilders we interviewed said they wanted protein in their meals to boost their energy and to replenish the electrolytes that are required for the exercise.
Women who work out regularly, and are already consuming a high protein diet, are also likely to be eating more protein during workouts to keep their energy levels up and to help replenish depleted electrolytes.
The researchers said the pre- workup meal will help with that.
“Women want to be able to go to the gym and do it as fast as possible,” Kellogg VP of nutrition research Sarah G. Fass told Bloomberg Business.
“But what we’re trying to do is give them a pre workout meal that will give them an opportunity to have more energy, and to feel that they can get through the day as quickly as possible.”
