It’s not every day you get to put together a workout set for your Fitbit, but the company’s recently released a set of workouts that you can do on a stationary bike.
The workouts are designed to help you burn off energy and improve your performance, which are both key for running.
You can see them below, which is a workout that has you run a mile and a half in 20 minutes, but it’s also designed to work on your flexibility.
You can also choose to do some of the workouts with your feet crossed, as you can see in the videos below.
The workout sets are $49.99 and $49 on the Fitbit website.
You’ll also need an active band to do them on a treadmill, which you can get from the FitboutIQ website or the Fitbase app.
