What you need to know about Shaun T workouts
The Olympic sprinter has been a huge star of the sport for decades and has won seven Olympic gold medals.
Now, he is on the rise and ready to make the jump to the big time.
He is the most-watched Australian sprinter on social media and has amassed a huge following.
But he is not a star athlete and he doesn’t have a large following.
Shaun T has been running a series of weekly workouts for the past 12 months, and has become an overnight success.
He has won more than 100 races.
He has a loyal following, and he’s been a star of Australian sport for a while now.

He has won 11 Australian and World Championships, and was the Australian sprinters favourite to win the gold medal at the 2016 Games in Rio.
He is now training with Olympian Shaun Johnson, who is also the world’s fastest man.
The two are in the midst of a training regime that will involve running a marathon at the end of January, and then training with a double in April.
Shaun will be competing in his third Olympics, but the last was in London in 2020.
Shawn T has won an Olympic gold medal in the 400m hurdles.
“It’s been great, and I’ve had so much support and so much people saying how much they love me, I just want to give it my all,” he said.
“I’ve had some really good support from people who know me from my time at Victoria University, and they’re just really behind me.”
The people who have been really supportive are the people who are here, people who watch the sport and know what I’m doing and what I’ve been through, and people who just know my body and what the challenges are, and so I just have so much more support.
“And I’ve just really been grateful for it.”
Shaun was born in the Northern Territory in 1993.
He studied at Victoria for two years, then went on to train for a few years in the U.K.
He then returned to Australia and got his first medal.
Shawn was a triple jumper and he was also a member of the Australian Rugby Union team, winning two internationals and a Brownlow Medal.

He finished runner-up in the 100m hurdles in Rio, and will be in his first Olympic Games, in 2020, as a sprinter and a medallist.
While Shaun has been making the transition to a big career, he has also continued to train.
For example, he was a part of a national program that produced two sprinters at the Olympic trials, and a track and field athlete.
The sport is not only about physical ability but also mental strength and resilience, and it’s this that has inspired Shaun to take his training seriously.
“This is not just about a sport,” he told ABC Radio Perth.
“It is about the mental toughness that I’ve got in my training.
I’ve always been a hard worker, and the last two years I’ve really been looking to be more resilient and to keep on working and keep on pushing myself.”
A lot of people think I just get a bit out of shape and that’s not the case at all.
There’s a lot of physical work I’ve done that’s been really tough on me and it is my focus.
